The unprecedented boom in popularity Augmented Reality has known over the last decade has been started by the appearance of filters on social media app such as Instagram, Snapchat and more recently TikTok.
But more recently, new technologies such as AI and Web3 have taken the spotlight on the innovation stage, Meta Spark AR has been deprecated while new MR devices have popped such as AR glasses or AR Mirrors have come in while VR hardware providers try to integrate it in their devices rebranding them MR headsets.
