I stay active in the design world by speaking at events, joining conversations about workplace well-being, and guest lecturing at universities across Europe. My motivation comes from a genuine desire to share knowledge, inspire others, and promote inclusivity in the industry.

We’ll discuss how having a positive, growth-focused mindset and learning to embrace change, especially with AI, can open up new ways to be creative and innovative. Instead of fearing change, we’ll see it as a helpful tool that can take us from simply doing tasks to becoming visionaries, letting us focus on what really matters: creativity and personal growth.
