Alessia Sanna
Alessia Sanna, born in Mulhouse, is an artist-researcher who brings sculpture, sound and light into dialogue. She investigates the porosity and boundaries of data visualisation as an artistic medium. She first tackled this question through the work Screen City, which she developed at the University of Strasbourg, and then for a year at the Fluxus incubator, where she refined her artistic approach. Now working on a CIFRE thesis in research creation at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, under the supervision of Professor Yann Toma, she is extending this experimental research into the sensitivity of data, its potential for artistic re-appropriation and the re-coding of reality.
